That's the same message I get.

I've sent a corrupt file to them to look at.

I'm going to test the card today to see if there are any errors reported on it.

Are the corrupted files recordings when you guys have changed the recording format?

Download mpeg stream clip of you haven't already. I wonder if this is a codec issue that windows isn't recognising the files.

I changed nothing between good and bad files so there's no reason the codec would work on one and not another that I can think of.

I had one good file at the end of the bad ones (a 3 second clip looking up my nose... Not in purpose I hasten to add)

Im only getting corrupted files in 1080p 60fps and above
below it seems ok, abit sketchy at times. I format the card on the olfi otherwise it doesn't reckonise a card is in.

Are you able to reproduce it, Joe? Have you tried a different card?

Sorry what do you mean by reproduce it. Tried another card which wasnt up to the speeds but it works. Must be the sandisk extreme which is unusual because its a very good card from what i read.

Also check the cards serial number on San disk site. Amazon and eBay are flooded with fakes. I've had a few do I only buy the ones from Amazon straight from San disk

Yeah that's right. Put the card into the olfi and switch it on. Now just wait and it will update itself. The lights flash for about 15 secs or so.

I copied a file to my phone (not got the tablet to hand) and it can't read it.

  18. I've just been through my memory card from Scotland and I have similar issues to others. The Sound isn't a patch on the GoPro and I can see some black artefact type bars that go across the whole image every now and again. I haven't updated my camera so the black bar type issue might go away. I can't see the sound being improved any though, it's not such a big deal because if I was interested in the sound quality when riding I'd be looking to use an external microphone anyway.

I just did a coastal road to Abbotsbury down here. Tested most of the video resolutions & 16mp photos
All successfully recorded and played on laptop - used a SanDisk that BDTD recommended via SanDisk on Amazon

Strange for the above hope you guys can get it rectified
