  4. I'd be pushing for a refund, emailing Triumph and looking elsewhere.

Perhaps, but it would save some of us some costly mistakes, and maybe a few of the crappy dealers would take notice that they are losing trade! Lobby the powers that be for a sticky!

Hi mate, any joy with the bike?
FWIW I bought my first 3 Triumphs from Orrell Motorcycles and did get good service from them.
They appear to have been taken over by somebody (KM?) else, who in turn has bought a number of other NorthWest dealers. It has been said the whole group has lost its focus on customer care........cannot comment personally as the bikes were too overpriced for my budget.
I got a fantastic deal on my 675 from CMC Chesterfield in January Bike is brilliant and customer service great as well.
Only yesterday I got an email and text from them asking if everything is ok with the bike and if there are any problems to get in touch. Also how am I liking riding it.

Hi mate , they told me Wednesday they ordered a part with would take 3 days to come and then they would fit straight away so I'm hoping for a phone call Monday and hopefully pick it up Tuesday or wed but not holding my breath. Think they own 4 or 5 shops in northwest. They apologise most of the time but get the feeling they think I'm a pain in the a##e for ringing them all the time . Sales team good but then they would be but after you pay customer service ends sadly .
