Background, I'm 45, been biking since I was a kid, done road racing mainly in my youth...too old now but want to get that fun back....no piss taking guys....thanks.. Sent from my iPad using 675.cc
What you want is https://www.675.cc/675/viewtopic.php?t=25084 I've done the GYKD course with the frame. I would not recommend it. Too expensive and too artificial. Yes I got my knee down. But was much better getting it down on a trackday. Sounds like you want to enjoy your road riding more. Come to the open day and I promise you you will.
What open day? ...I love riding...just know I'm not as good as I used to be and getting my knee down is part of the enjoyment....I know I've lost allot after my accident, I just want some of that back.... Sent from my iPad using 675.cc
Knee down is no big deal young fella, but if you're trying to do it then that will be part of the problem. I only ever do so on track, and only as a gauge to my lean angle. If I touch down riding on the road I actually consider it a warning to myself to back it off. Come to the Forum trackday; After two days of Oulton Park I can pretty much guarantee you'll have your mojo back & your knee sliders will look less embarrassing. P.S. You are allowed to post in other threads you know.!
I do post in other threads, just learning where they all are...thanks for the info... Sent from my iPad using 675.cc
