I go to work about 6 in the morning so a properly loud exhaust prob isn't the best idea!!!

    Did fancy a racefit though!!!

  2. Welcome in Big.h, I use to be a commuter on my Daytona and I have a ixil on mine and use to leave for work earlier then you lol! Just gotta brake the neighbours in is all ;) the akrapovic systems on the 2009> bikes sound awesome! There are a few residents on here with racefit exhausts already so you wouldn't be alone :)

I'm on a few car forums but already on here it seems the bike forums are much friendlier.

I went and checked on mine Sunday to make sure everything was ok in the light of being able to get out this week but the british weather has done it's thing and instead I've had to scrape the car! Did take her a spin around the car park though (it would've been rude not to!)

I did take mine round the block and was considering using it for work today until I saw the ice on the car!!

  15. Great choice on the colour Big.h, looks great in the sunshine if we ever get any :(

The TOR can is a great choice, if you just let the bike tickover when you start up in the mornings and don't rev the nuts off the thing, it shouldn't trouble the neighbours. The TOR cans pop up quite regular on this forum and Ebay.

If your not carrying pillions then removing the rear footrests is a simple job that improves the look, also changing the indicators to the later triangular clear lens type brings the 06 model more up to date i think, another easy job.

    With TOR can

Managed to pick up a TOR can.

I'm hoping to get the other half on the back sometime in the summer.

I do like the new indicators though are they just plug and play?

  17. Yes the indicators are plug and play and you should only need the allen key under the seat to do it. But if they are led then you will need a new flasher relay.
