Will ECU from >2013 Daytona fit in 2013 STR? I can imagine that "build in" fuel/ignition map could mess up something in engine. Also immobilizer could be a problem if security code is stored there. Any other possible problems? Another thing is ABS settings. In STR there is no possibility of turning it off (of course removing the fuse will always work :twisted. Will sport mode work with STR ABS system?
