    Hi Guys

I am noob at TuneECU and programming. Currently got some problems with my 2012 daytona 675R. I have full Akra exhaust system and K&N air-fitter on. Since there is no butterfly at mid pipe. I leave the servo motor on bike and disable EXUP function at tuneECU. When I done the Download map to my bike from TuneECU. I cant reset my TPS (light never goes green), Close loop light is fine. Idle more than 20mins still no TPS light on. Furthermore, my bike got hesitation on around 5000RPM.

The problem is before I disable EXUP function, bike run fine with FI light on. No hesitation at all. But after I use TuneECU to disable the EXUP function and clear FI code. FI light gone, hesitation come out. I haven't change the fuel map from TuneECU, only turn off the EXUP function and upload the same map.

Here is a video I see on youtube shows the hesitation same as my bike.

Can anyone please explain the reason why this hesitation on and how to solve this problem. Thanks

Have you removed the cat? and you say you have left the exup fitted on the bike but disabled it?

You need to remove the exup completely and disable......also if the cat is still fitted that will be why you are getting a problem as you have told the ecu its not there when it is, so the computer is throwing more gases out but the cat will be causing a blockage hence the stutter

Thx buddy. I have akrapovic full exhaust system on my bike. As a result, no exup, no cat at mid-pipe. I still put servo motor on my bike. The weird thing is before I turn off EXUP function in ECU. Nothing goes wrong except FI light. But when I turn it off using TuneECU. FI light gone, but hesitation come out. I still using same map and physically bike is nothing change.

Get the exup unplugged and off, reinstall the map and see if that makes the difference.....as good as tune ecu is will be best having set up on dyno so you are getting the air/fuel mix right
