Haha cheers I think ill give that one a miss! Yeah been looking at the Montesas but not a lot in my area. A few Beta Rev 3's around my area for the £1200 mark, however left hand kickstart and funny handling if i remember. Im going to go and test ride one tomorrow and ill see if I can get on with it, but last time I remember riding one was it was long and skinny and wierd
My mate had a 2005 sherco 290, loads of poke and nice and easy to get on with. think he let it go for 1100.
Yeah looking for that sort of thing. Hoping not to exceed 250cc tbh, as an intermediate I don't need anything more, even expert route is definitely rideable on a 250, and a 300 or so could be a bit of a handful for a small 19 year old . Difference in the 50cc is a lot, mainly the power delivery of the 300 is mentallll
I rid intermidiate on a 200...I'm only 11st tho....and I rid quite badly lol tbh I liked being able to slip the clutch alot without fear of flipping it. Horses for courses eh.
Yeah well I rode the inters on my gasgas 125, but tbh it took a good shagging to get over some obstacles . Used to redline it (no rev counter but it was revving!) and then dump the clutch lol, I want that back !
