After attempted theft I'm down one bar end plus all the insert. Would also appreciate instruction to remove in case I go aftermarket. cheers
thats shitty, sorry to hear that. the insert isn't the easiest to get out. after trying to get my insert out, i discovered somewhere on the internet that there are some pins to push in underneath your grips. from memory four hands would be handy.
