I had a friend who had one and, allthough the quality is not great, for that price it would make a great toy. This is the one I use: http://www.actioncameras.co.uk/X170 Its good and does take stills as well as 5mp video and has a bar mounted remote control. Its not great in low light though. If you do use one make sure the speedo isnt in view and be careful as the rozzers have been known to conviscate them and use the video as evidence. They are a fanstastic tool and give great footage on track days, ride out etc..
