I bought a set of 'race prepared decat headers' for a bargain £20 delivered on ebay but now that I have them there are a number of differences to the ones fitted to my bike. They are supposedly from a 10 and mine's a 10! The ones fitted to mine are sort of flatted where they meet the engine but the race prepped ones are round with a sort of collar round them. Mine also has a thin metal rod welded to the back. Does anyone know if they will fit and why the differences? Cheers.
Nope it is not going to fit round exhaust ports are 06-08 model oval exhaust ports are 09-> and up Will buy those decat headers from you if you want

Jup since the second model >2009 bike The exhaust ports got oval instead of the round shape. Let me know something if your friend doesn't want them
