As above - what spring codes will fit the Öhlins RSU shock? I'm looking to pick one up off evilbay (or here) better suited to my weight and can't make heads or tails of the online Öhlins spring charts to find out if say a ttx spring will fit the shock or not...

Fwiw - I'm 82.5kgs out of my gear, 93kgs geared up, so I assume I should be looking at 100-110nm rated springs (the RSU has a 120 fitted - see pic)

To add - mostly swift road riding and I'm hoping anywhere above 3 trackdays a year...

I may have one knocking about, think it's a 95nm

  3. Most people swap that 120 out for a 100 from what I've read. Somebody is selling a 100 on ebay at the moment and he used that on the above Ohlins shock before swapping back to the 120 before selling it on. (he ditched the 675 for an R6 trackbike)

Maybe the 95 is best for your weight, but you've got to try it and see.

Just remembered this! Would you like me to have a look for it and give you the part number?

    Right Mr.FF

I have taken a picture with the part code and weight which is 95nm as I thought.

Tape measure for a height reference.

I would be surprised if it didn't match as it was too short for the TTX I used to have.

    Hope this helps!

Drop me a PM if you want to sort something out :)

    Thanks midgey!

The code on my current spring is 019093-44/120 L1210 - so the 1st code matches, but not the prefix or "L" code...

Aside from the nm rate, must admit it's all a bit Greek to me what the codes mean, so no idea if this is a match or not for the RSU Öhlins tbh

    Anyone able to decipher/help?!?

1093 is the length of the spring which is 150mm long and 57mm diameter. 31/95 is the spring weight in Nm/Kg. I presume the last number would be a batch code.
