The titles are bestowed at random, usually by a Team Member (WTF does THAT mean?....I've never seen them compete in any sporting events??) whose name rhymes with 'Shedski'.

Actually, it would be fun if more of you riff-raff without titles had them...or maybe it wouldn't...title snobbery is kinda cool.
