    nobody asked you to read the post let alone vent your spleen as it's not about bikes, was a simple question 'is it normal'.. wasn't asking for a fucking medical diagnosis!

    Some harsh words and as it's a secret thread some people think they can be rude. If I was the OP I would love for some of these people to come find me and talk like that to my face and see what they get back. Some people rant or be rude hiding behind a screen

    5kg in a month is a lot!!

    Yes, it could be stress related, but it could also possibly be something else, but is not getting it sorted going to ease your stress?

    Most blokes I know (if you're a bloke) seem to avoid the doctors at all costs, when a simple visit can ease your worries by telling you that you're ok, or at least get the ball rolling on sorting the problem out if there is a problem.

    Believe me I know how important sorting medical things out is and the difference that delaying things can make.

    Book an appointment to see someone, at least then when (hopefully) it turns out to be nothing you have one less thing to worry about.
