    Hi all,
I have been getting quotes on manufacture and they seem fairly reasonable.
For UK buyers £130 delivered seems reasonable.

I am not creating a business so this would be a small batch and just some extra ‘pocket money’ for furniture expenses for my first property.

Could I gauge a list of interest please

I’ll for sure buy a set. I’m in the us so around £150 for shipping?

  5. I took apart a 765 airbox last week, they have two short and middle one long. 45 and 55mm I think.

Velocity stacks in and working. Had to sand down a small hump on the left side of the airbox but other than that, fit well. The throttle response feels more immediate, especially at speed and in higher in the power band.

Definitely would recommend especially if you have the supporting mods of a high flow air filter and full exhaust.

my bike has the stock air filter and just an arrow slip

As Mr Guibo stated, my design was only focused around the Daytona 675 (2009 specifically) so any differences in airbox architecture is out of my control.
No modifications required to the Daytona of identical styling (and I’m sure the air box I used was from the pre-facelift).

Glad you like the product Mr Guibo

It’s a very small hump so it’s easy to sand down. Took 30 or so minutes with some rough grit sand paper. Just gotta make sure you don’t sand too much and make a hole.

Great write up & nice to hear of dissertations like this - missed another set a couple of months ago, so going to give these a whirl.

Check your mail please dks-123 - got another order that I need to pay for;)

My new set arrived at lunchtime - thanks Dan:) - just swapped them over - little shorter/lighter than the stock, lovely finish & slipped straight in. Shall take it for a run over the weekend for a mental test then see if I can squeeze an actual dyno run in at some point at REPS before they go to the classic TT to see what the actual results are.:) IMG_3541.jpeg IMG_3543.jpeg IMG_3542.jpeg IMG_3544.jpeg

  13. If you get a dyno run done please post results. Other than general interest I’m finally in the mode of sorting my Daytona out and these maybe of interest.

Quick update on the bike after two 150+mi rides on the bike in the past couple of weeks with the velocity stacks.

Bike feels a bit more sprightly, power delivery has stayed linear and strong & I’m sure she sings a fair bit more at the top end as I go above 9-10k in the revs especially. Obviously all 2nd gear:)

Those are my bum/ear sensors, only another dyno run will tell me if it’s actually gained power, or it’s a placebo affect - but I don’t regret getting them any more or less than I do buying another MWR HF race filter & they are staying in my bike.

If I do another dyno run then obviously I’ll update here, but no guarantees I’ll get round to that in the next few months or next spring.

    Thanks dks-123 :)
