coming out of a BP petrol station this morning, mr white van shithouse sat on his mobile phone wouldn’t let me out so I open my hand to him in a whats going on chief gesture “are you going to let me out or what?” and he starts veering his van at me

so I ignore it and try and filter out in front of him - at this point he moves forward and bumps my rear wheel - only a slight knock but it was 100% deliberate and he was sat on his phone – well that was like a red rag to a bull, i was off

bike on side stand, walk round to window - bearing in mind the stupid fucking cunt was sat in line of traffic

“hello mate you’ve just deliberately hit me while sat on your mobile phone, im now going to deliberately hit you”

which I did and I left no part of the drivers side of his van untouched, I properly laid into it and have no shame whatsoever, there were dents everywhere, I properly kicked the absolute shit out of it

and im going to do it every time it happens now and fuck the consequences

Just make sure he can't knock your bike over or anything by just driving off. Would only really work in standstill traffic or it could end really badly...

Did Mr white van man hit back or use his said phone to film it. I think you best hope he didn't

Just to add to this, I go past the same line of traffic every morning and if he’s in it again tomorrow morning he’s losing his wing mirror cos I forgot to lop that off for him today.

Gone past worrying about dickheads on their phones – there’s too many of them.

He got the arse ache cos he got “caught” out on his phone. He then deliberately hit my back tyre cos he was embarassed/angry/upset about it (and probably a bit pissed off that he was sat in his mong mobile while I was about to go on my merry way.)

He’s lucky I didn’t call the police on the spot and report him for both offences. Luckily I’m not a grass and I’d rather sort these things out on a one to one basis. Which im going to carry on doing.

You might not be a "grass" but he very well could be. He could easily lie and say it was unprovoked. Would you be able to contest it if he did? You have no proof of what he did, his van is covered in damage. You were in the right and still put yourself firmly into a position as a criminal. I don't object to what you did, but your attitude is pretty dumb. You might be lucky and get away with it once or twice, but I think this is coming back to haunt you. Particularly as its your regular route and he will be there tomorrow, maybe with his mates, maybe with a camera on you, maybe with the cops. I hope you got away with it this time but please think and don't deliberately put yourself in the losers position.

you lowered yourself to the low. You are now classed as the criminal that resorted to road rage and in the polices view you won't have a leg to stand on regardless of the actions of the 3rd party.

You have just made all motorcyclists low life scum to all those that witnessed the incident. You sir or madam ...................needs to be dealt with to the full extent of the law.

    Edited. Mod.

Take it you guys have seen this -

    http://youtu.be/7dqIPRYTWWA

Not sure I really agree with the general biker hooliganism, not a great look (although I do like my wheelies). But if someone deliberately hits you with a car at any speed then I think there fair game. Obviously the level of retaliation is the debatable part.

Just to add; I had a friend who got punted off his bike in London from the rear, which wrote his bike off.

The guy done a runner while my mate was stuck under his bike. Fortunately he caught this all on his GoPro which captured the persons number plate as he fled from the scene.

Unfortunately when he got discharged from hospital and handed it into the police they couldn't of cared less. Asked him to complete a form and that was it.

Net result was the driver probably got away with it. And if the police didn't care about that I doubt they would have cared about this knob in the van either. At least this way he won't be such a tool again and won't be laughing about it with his mates down the pub either.

Always makes me laugh to see that as soon people's names aren't shown, they get all cocky calling people scum and wankers. No need for it. I bet most wouldn't speak like that in person or even if their username was shown.

So do you agree with what these guys did to the driver? Do you know the full story? He accidentally bumped into a rider, the gang then took it upon themselves to attack his car resulting in him doing his best to get away which meant he ran one of them over. They then managed to pull him out of his car and beat the crap out of him. All whilst his wife and child were in the car.

No I don't agree with the level of retaliation used. But if you run a group of motorcyclist over then it's fair to expect a response.

In fairness the full video that hasn't been chopped around by the media so much shows how it unfolded, doesn't show exactly what happened after the initial bump. Without that it's hard to say whether ploughing through a group of bikers (paralysing one) was a justified reaction or not.
