My new to me 2010 came with a 47t rear, am I right in thinking it should be 45t? If it's been changed will the speedo be out and if so, will it read over our under?

I've ordered a phone mount so I'll be checking it against three GPS on my phone when it comes!

If it's non abs Might be fitted with a SpeedoDRD or similar to correct the issue.
If you have abs you might not need to do anything.

No abs on 2010 bikes, only on certain gen 3's.

In terms of the sprocket itself, from what I understand this just effects gearing ie acceleration OR top end. It should have no effect on the speedo readout afaik

Older bikes used a pickup on the output shaft for the speed pulse.
Pretty common on lot's of machines.
I think tune ECU has the ability to correct the issue too
