I dont know about the performance difference, but stage 2 is for 06-08 model, stage 3 is for 09 onward models. ;)

Stage 3 also fits the early daytona. They come with adapters.

Stage 3 have a bigger header diameter if I'm correct

Re: Daytona 675 upgrade bits for grab

As far as I know the Stage 3 can only be modified to fit the pre 09 model.
As I have one on my 2007 Daytona.

I do think the stage 3 has bigger bore headers than the stage 2 but could be wrong :)

Ah, well done with the sale mate! Midgey, do you know if its possible to fit the arrow slip on silencer as tight under the rear seat as you have your stage 3? Now that I can't buy yoyo's carbon fibre heat shield I was thinking maybe I can do without one alltogether. lol. Yours looks pretty damn good there, do you have a gallery with some more pics?

Iv never used the gallery however I do have a thread just started on my bike.

With some modification you probably could, only thing would be you'd have loads of brackets on show as the stage 3 silencer is for race use so has absolutely no mounts or holes/brackets etc!
Hence why the 'arrow' badge is so much bigger

I see what you mean. I was thinking it might be possible to drill out the rivets holding the two big brackets and then re-rivet the holes for a cleaner look. Only thing I'm concerned about is that I won't be able to get the inner parts of the rivets out of the can without dismanteling it and they will become an infuriating rattle. Dunno if anyone has tried this? My exhaust should have arrived by now anyway, just need to get home myself for a right look to see what can be done.
