Couple of ripples in the material but once sat on it for a few miles these had all stretched out.

Wow I have to say I'm really impressed with that myself! looks the business!

Burndownthediscos- Yeh of course, it depends on what you want really, different fabrics, embroidery etc costs more but around the £50 mark lets say. I don't have the pattern made up for the 899 so id need you to send the seat for me to then cover and send back?
Other than that no problem, guys have been doing me a basic sketch of their designs, works fine.

  5. Ok cool I think I'm just after something a bit grippier to stop me sliding forward would that be alcantara?
I won't be using the bike for a few weeks in may so could look at getting it done then.

Yeh no problem, maybe a quick sketch of your design, even if its just some red stitch detail to set it off a bit?
Alcantara is good, its a faux backed and treated suede so that or actual suede would work, up to you completely

Holy thread resurrection! Lewis, if you send out the fabric pattern, rather than me sending you a seat and then you returning it, how would I go about fastening it to the seat? With a stapler? Is it a job for a pro? I'm looking at changing to alcantara..

  15. Lewis,
If you are still about I would be interested having a rider seat cover made?

  16. And me, they look superb.

  17. Drop him a PM, he has taken my order :)

  18. I think I'll be having this done. Looks brilliant

Yeh it's the missus that's the talent, she's really busy at the moment but if you get me your ideas in il see what I can do.

  20. Hello Lewis,

any news on the cover since last weekend and has the leather arrived for my seat?
If you don't think this is achievable, just let me know as I won't be upset?
