Thanks guys. The amount of adjustment is massive you can do each gear and revs. Still no replies from any racers yet

  11. 60ms is a good start. To short a time will kill Gbox.

  12. My R6 starts at 65ms then ends at 55ms for 6th gear

Overall 40to70ms is the used time.
Smaller gear longer cut time , bigger gear shorter time.
Most important ; as in all testing , is that when U try settings U' ve set, pay attention to how it manages.
Does the gear plug in properly like a fit glove, or feel like loose shifting. (Or study data)
Depending on that U fine tune adjustements and try again.
    Again...
    Again...
Now U re getting hint of it...
...then same prosedure on different tyre wear, ground temperature, or other changing elements.

( or set 55ms and enjoy the day.)

When done this differently with every setting of U bike, U should be near pro team equipment in competition

Buzz, Good to hear you now have it fitted and presuming it hooked up via bluetooth ok? For setting sensitivity, the instruction say 6th gear and flick gear lever up to six times, but I found it could capture many more flicks so it was easy to set suitable sensitivity level. The only thing I established for kill times was standard settings of 75 to 80 ms worked fine across a 5 to 14K rev range. Kevin.

    Hey Buzz!

I have the same system fitted and use 60ms for 7000 - 9000 rpm, 9000 - 11000 rpm 55ms & 11500 - 15500 rpm 50ms did try to drop it to 45MS but was a little clunky for my liking, As Zupe says you just need to play with it as you go.

It's a sweet bit of kit though for the money and would recommend it to anyone
