Why are two respected members of this forum having a pissing contest in the GPS & texting thread?

FFS D41 and Charlie, sort it out!

D41, all cyclists are not perfect in the UK, they may be in Ca at the moment but they aren't here, I ride a MTB and there are plenty of selfish law-ignoring cyclists who piss me off.

Charlie, despite what you think all cyclists aren't twats. But a certain percentage are.

Why have I posted here? Because I don't want to get embroiled in your stupid argument. Go ahead and flame me the pair of you, but it doesn't alter the fact you are both a pair of stubborn people can't accept criticism or an alternative point of view.

It's all banter I assure you.....Charlie has posted some opinions that I strongly disagree with....he's also posted some that no matter my disposition towards cycling I can't reasonably deny....it's no big deal, and certainly not worthy of a thread about a thread, IMHO.

Speaking as an anonymous member who cannot be identified :roll: , I never said ALL cyclists were bad. Read the thread again but properly this time, I said some cyclists are bad. There is a massive difference in those statements. I am not in any pissing contest either.

I hate cyclists. They are all a pain in the arse. They belong off road along with horses. If you wanna wear tight underwear and funny shoes do it in the privacy of the bedroom

 

I agree cyclist are a menace and should stick to the woods etc.

I'd get the bunting up if they did a blanket ban of cycling on the road.

Would save me from sometimes being a little sick in my mouth when my eyes are subjected to the tightness boarding on budgie smugglers. Boke...
