Couple on board laps of oulton park on Wednesday.

First time in fast group there and first time using Conti Race attacks, but they're really good! Grip better and last longer than supercorsas :)

Any hints or tips welcome. Always looking to improve :)

Hi Chris. Watched your vids and only ever been a spectator at Oulton. Was good to see your footage.
2 things I am really really surprised about....
    1. how much suspension travel a bike utilises
    2. How much the front wheel "flicks" side to side and the need for a steering damper. I don't think I will ever to be able to ride good as you to get my bike to perform like that tho.

    Looking good

Only thing I would say is has suspension been set up properly?

  4. Looks good! Loved riding around that place on my Daytona

    Nice footage !

What compound did you take for the race attacks ? I'm looking at buying a set but not sure what compound would suit me (slow inters pace)

Suspension looks fine by looking at the cable tie, handlebars will always shake at oulton a steering damper would help but it's all good fun getting air under front wheel and the odd shake. I am no expert but I would say gearing needs looking at , at times doesn't sound like the revs were very high before changing gear?

I had a soft front and Med rear.
At that pace the enduro compound would be ideal. Should last you a while too

I don't mind wheelies. It's the shakes at random times that I don't like.
Only gone +2 rear on gearing. But I'm shifting at 14k, just after peak power drops off.
