I only did the Saturday and despite not really doing anywhere near as well as I would have like too I had a load of fun and left there beaming from ear to ear. Racing is definitely for me!!! Will write up a better report later on.

  5. Ok let's start with quali, didn't go to well 14th overall 6th in class womble not very happy as he'd said to his team mate Mitch that he wouldn't be happy with anything less than a podium. Which I thought was way to optomistic after quali considering Mitch had only done one Trackday at snett and didn't like it much ( the forum day last year) and the test day on Friday. It is what it is Mitch seemed happy enough and I did try and explain that anything can happen in 3 hrs and if they both stayed on that would be an improvement on last time :) I'll get to that later
Race time: this is a rough guide as to what happened as it was difficult to keep track with what was going on as me and mike were in the garage doing the change overs and sorting the bikes out with fuel and changing wheels. Mitch made a great start and made up quite a few. I think by the first change over they were up to 5th so a podium looked a bit more likely. Half way and they were 3rd right just stay there boys. Then it got intersting by the last stints they were 2nd not too far behind the leaders shogun racing on a pair of 675R's. Mitch saw one of there riders on the floor and said to himself right just stay on, shogun re mounted and came straight into the pits as a result their rider wasn't ready. Then two laps before he was due to come in mitch went down at oggies I think it was he stayed out for the two laps. Womble out and in the lead WOW kept it to the finish and I think won by nearly a lap in the end, but what a day. Massive well done to womble and Mitch Outrage racing #64
Now most of you on here know that I give womble loads of stick so just want to say congrats mate I'm proud of you. Just don't get too cocky and I suppose we'll never hear the last of this :)
Well done to to everyone that took part especially the guys from off here can't wait to hear how you all got on today

Is it just me, or are you two wearing your wets opposite ways round.?

Shame it was (presumably) wets weather.

Lol, apologies for the bad social etiquette!

Good to meet you Lenny, you'll have to repay the favour and show me round Oulton in April.

I'm going back to Snet on the 5th for a track day with some guys from work. Anyone else fancy it? I think Wobbley and im Big Mac are keen
