Hi all. My name's Alex, I'm a 20 year old sales manager from Norfolk. I own an SV650, an NC30 and as of next week I will also be the owner of a 2008 Daytona 675. It's got just under 9k miles on the clock, carbon accessories (front fender, exhaust heat guard, chain guard, hugger, infills, tank guard, heel plates) and is in mint condition.

    I have a few questions:
    1) I would like a double bubble screen, which are good value/quality items?
    2) Where do you guys get all of your parts from?

Here's a list of parts I will be getting in the coming months.

    1) Gel seat
    2) Double bubble screen
    3) TOR end can
    4) Supercorsa's
    5) Adjustable stubby levers
    6) Motografix nose kit
    7) Solo seat cover
    8) Tail tidy
    9) Crash bungs
    10) Renthal grips

    Thanks, Alex

My girlfriend lives in Bradenham, not far from you then. What tyre's are the best for the 675? Road riding and occasional track day. Currently using Pirelli diablo corsa III's and not feeling overly confident on them

Awesome, the chap I'm buying it from did say something about a certificate.

Please help me with the below:

    1) What double bubble screen to buy? Is this any good?
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Triumph-Daytona-6 ... 1493wt_905

    2) What tyres to buy? Currently using Pirelli Diablo Corsa III's but don't think they're grippy enough.

    Thank you.

  12. hi mate welcome i use pilot power 2cts and cant rate them highly enough great in the wet or dry ,dont last for ever but proably the same as the supercorsas mileage wise imo the screen looks good but cant really comment as i use a puig

  13. Carnt help with screen.

But when I had my gsxr 1000 I found Metzler racetec nice and grippy!!

    Wowza, off and running!

Lots of bits often for sale on here. Or eBay. Haggle your dealer for 10-20% off list?

That grey looks smart. We must have 5 on here now?!

Anyway, welcome along, I'm down in Essex.

Fest will be here soon. Haslam day in 2 weeks if you fancy that (pm me)

Lots of savings in the Pro Traders section too.

Have fun and enjoy the banter.

I might have a TOR and a 15T sprocket for sale shortly.

Thanks for the Pic Dave, will be buying that straight away based on your help.
Steffy - let me know about the TOR. I'd be interested in that, first refusal?!

What's stock gearing on the 675's?

    Thanks, Alex

No problem on the TOR, still have the box etc. Will come back to you.

Stock is 16T front and 47T rear, lots go -1 and +1, so 15 and 48, uber acceleration, slight drop in the top end so 150 not 165!

Triple Jimmy has a 47 and a 48 Renthal for sale I think.

When the C&S need doing I will drop 1 on the front and plus 1 on the back. I much prefer acceleration over top speed. Cheers about the TOR.

O.S - Thanks man, no way I'm selling my 400. I love that thing!
