Hopefully my 650 is acceptable... My best Picture of it so far. Anyway, I'm matt from doncaster and i've been rideing for 18 months now + 3 months on a CG125, although I don't really count that. My first "big" bike was a SV650S which I rode for a year before seeing a daytona on whitby seafront in October last year and deciding that I wanted one and eventually trading in the SV against the yellow perrel above, had a few niggles so far but every time I ride it all that is forgiven :mrgreen: . Welcome dude, nice looking bike, you're not the only 650 here either glad you got the Yellow, it's blatantly the best (and the fastest) colour
Welcome in Dude, we've got at least one other Daytona 650 riding member on here, although I believe he has had a few problems with the nut holding the handlebars.........
Oh the universal problem with that big nut between the bars and seat The race can only encourages these problems
Welcome along Matt, hope you enjoy the forum as much as we do. Only 18 months riding and already you have a enviable golden yellow 'tona. Pretty impressive progress by anybody's standards. Will be very interesting to see what our stateside contingent have to say about your bike.
