Yeah, I had to change my insurance. Just struggling to get proof of no claims. No emails are going through or calls answered and document portal is down.

I think I saw that bemoto said they'd give credit for no claims problems.

I know some people will have lost their jobs and thats a great shame and i hope it doesnt find them long to find new ones but as for MCE, hahahahahahaha.

 

They have set up again with a different underwriter. They been emailing me offering new insurance, no thanks big lad ha ha.

All MCE have told me is that I won’t get a years no claims as I was 6 months into my policy, i am currently waiting for a refund of 1/2 of my policy, I have been assured I will receive a refund, how much I don’t know.

 

The quote I’ve had from the ‘new’ MCE was really cheap.

 

Got my cheque back about 2 weeks ago, thankfully, my new policy was a few £100 more though
