Loving my race fit!! Daytona 13

  1. Here are a couple of pics my old '06 Daytona 675 with the same exhaust made by Racefit for Triumph Race Support in 2010:

Sounded bloody great but was far too loud for my dodgy hearing.

  2. Your exhaust looks different for the one on the racefit website. Your end pipe is slashed and longer

  3. If you're referring to mine mate

Just comparing the racefit to the SP engineering type for comparison

  4. Sorry mate was meant for Oxford

That was the exhaust that I chose on the race fit site but went for the carbon option & that's what I got? Not complaining though haha

  6. That one was offered up when I went there to drop my bike off but it didn't look finished so I went with the 'growler' carbon can. They can do pretty much anything you want if you take your bike there. My '06 with 26k on the clock in 2010, dyno'd at 110bhp at the wheel with the racefit, mwr (road) air filter and it was the arrow full system map IIRC. Might be a couple of members on here who went on a ride out in the Peak District remember how deafening it was. I don't know how much sense this post is making. I've drank a bottle of port tonight. Thankful for autocorrect!

  7. What tail tidy did you use with the race fit tony?

  8. it was an Evotech but bastardised to fit under the rear light, bolted to the subframe. Was just the part that the no. plate is usually bolted to and the indicator bracket. Looked very tidy.

  9. I'm quite fancying a side exit for a change but then again I've just brought an arrow and do intend on doing a few TD's this year.

This sitting about and looking at exhausts aint good, credit card in hand but cant decide what can my heart is saying racefit as I have had them before on other bikes but I no I will struggle to get on track at 102db, the Austin racing gp2r looks the tits and they say with inserts in it will read 98db but can be as loud as 120db with all inserts removed.

  11. The racefit is over 200 quid cheaper :)

What do people reckon my arrows would be worth 2nd hand??? its mint with only about 1500 miles on it as the 1st one triumph supplied when bike was new had a fault with the carbon tip so was changed under warranty, want the AR can or the racefit so the arrows will fund part of the costs.

  14. Surely about 250-300 I reckon. Also how could you get a deal for 600 as that is very tempting as I may want to replace my arrow as well.

Put your arrow up for sale for 300 I'll come in with mine at 299 and people will think hey I'll save a quid lol
