    ...begins in 2 weeks!!

Perfect weather for 205bhp and Supercorsa SPs I hear you say.

Getting custom graphics done for first time ever. Just need to decide what i want. Something not unlike the Panigale R is my thinking.

    God I'm excited.

Few sleepless nights to be had I bet. I would second the R graphics or something with the Tricolor as that always looks nice to.

    lovely mate, congrats

  5. Yep, love it, less is more with graphics I feel, the 'R' graphics certainly hit the sweet spot.

Personally I think the Tricolor stuff has been done a bit too much.

Do they have to get the bike in from Italy?

No they've kindly held their last base one available before xmas for me for a few weeks. Its coming from Preston next week then meet graphics guy sort that then done.

If anybody is thinking of a 959 I've heard the 1299 stock cans will fit under the belly like rest of world model. I'll have some as garage ornaments after 1st service.

  7. Nice, u will probably get some good money for them. I'm gonna put this it there, u can take it.. Or u can send it right back but..... Gold wheels??

I'm desperate for a set on mine, potentially sprayed standard ones but would love some OZ Piega's

I might save the gold wheels for a 40th present. Wheels are the one thing i will change at some point in the years ahead to the 1299S or R ones.

  9. Yeah, good shout, will save some weight for sure

Need to sort graphics tomorrow. I'm thinking I like the simplicity of the superleggera look yet I also like how the Moto Rapido one was done.

I think I'll definitely have something at the front of the tank with Ducati Corse logo.

    Rest I'm still undecided on.

    Any thoughts?

  11. The stock 1299 w/o graphics of guy I was sharing a garage with was enough to give me a Woody for two days at the track last week. Oh, and the noise it made down the back straight

  12. I was going to message u, what about something similar to the Aruba WSBK panel design without the sponsors, otherwise I don't think u can beat the superlegerra one

Fwiw my vote is for the Moto Rapido.
Until now I've kept quiet on this, because none of the schemes I've seen particularly impressed me.
However, to my mind anyway, the Moto Rapido scheme looks "just right" somehow.
I do like gold wheels though......:-??

I like that ^ but, maybe that whole middle pannel in white? Or what about if you inverted that white red cross over and went with the fairing line rather then against it like it is now?

A bit more effort and i quite like this what do you reckon? I would keep the nose simple with the white number board from the R look. Side on view could be this

@TripleJimmy do you mean make the middle panel white and the entire block above white all the way to the front?

Yeah as one option but, looking again that top pannel that goes forward to meet the headlights the colour change is making an X at the moment if that was inverted it would follow the line of the fairing. Not sure I am putting that across very well. Perhaps the fat white pannel should be carried forward right to the front.

Quick poll of friends and work mates says go with either the R as it's subtle and still looks classy.

Or go balls deep and go for this wsbk 3.jpg
