    Hi guys,

Recently purchased an 06 D675, and before I started posting on this forum, I thought I should quickly introduce myself, spent most of my riding career so far riding an Aprillia RS125, and recently got off my arse and did my full licence, getting old now and wanted something a bit more powerful, got myself a second hand Triumph D675 and absolutely love it, it does have a few issues, I will be looking for help soon, which is why I have joined this forum.
Few other quick points about me, from the UK, live just outside of London, ride my bike everyday for work and every weekend for fun, all weather!!
I have (hopefully) attached a picture below of my handsome self and my bike.

Thank you for the welcomes guys!

buzz675, I have no idea if the guy I bought it from was a forum member, I have only owned the bike for three weeks, bought it from a squaddie over at Woolwich, very nice guy.
Fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.

Welcome in. Good looking bike. Never seen a 06/07 in that colour scheme. Lots of 675s in se England. Now you have to make the next step and take it on a track day... ;)

    Good morning,

23Dark I was meant to pick some up this weekend, but got called into work, I guy I know who works at Infinity in Farnborough used to work for R&G and has a full set of brand new crash protectors for that model, will hopefully be picking them up this week, and yes track days are high on my to do list, but thank you very much for the heads up on the sales thread, that's very much appreciated.
Whats the best track for a newbie racer to go to?

Mallory is small, easy to learn the layout and lots of fun. That's my recommendation. Gerrards is a very fast and long right hander if you're looking to get your knee down.

Nah, stick it in the Meets section, where Bryleeks posts all his technical stuff :D

i think R&G only made mushrooms that you have to drill the fairings for. That would be a great shame. GB racing (or the same from t3) do not require drilling.
Bike looks great. Really hides it's age in white. :)

Is that for real or a dig at Bryleeks?

I'm not drilling into those panels! It is hard to believe that the bike is 8 years old, what about the R&G Aeros?

I better find out what ones he has!

    You're first initiative test ;)
Those in the link look fine - no drilling required - they look about twice the price of the normal R&Gs - hope your mate's giving you a good price.
