Well, it's 3am here in Singapore, i've been in bed now for 4 hours without the slightest notion that sleep is about to embrace me any time soon. I've got to be up in another 4 hours needing to appear on the ball for meetings all day starting at 9am. On top of that my stomach's still on UK time and wants dinner. Trivial shit I know, but I'm dying of boredom right now. Any ideas?
Get pissed mate, I never go to bed without a strong drink when I'm working away...last time I did (Taiwan) I was up for 3 days solid!!! felt like a walking dead man. I feel your pain bud, drink is the way forward tho my friend.
Booze and melatonin....I'll remember that for tomorrow night. Some 'interesting' channels on the TV though......

I've suffered from a mild case of insomnia for years. Never found a cure. Half a bottle of whiskey on a bad night normally gets me 5 hours of shut eye. Sent from my Desire HD using Tapatalk
OK...seriously....concentrate on your breathing....put your whole focus upon it....listen to yourself breathing slowly in, and exhaling slowing also....you're basically hypnotizing yourself & you'll be out in no time at all.
