SNAPPING!!! After doing a total of about 75miles on my poor legs since last Monday and having to be a good attentive boyfriend over the sunny weekend, I finally get the chance this afternoon to take the bike out over the back range road out of Catterick and it's too bloody windy to be fun!!! GRRRRRR!! Plus, newly waxed and polished it's now sooo slippy I feel like I'm going to slide off constantly. Stomp pads in the post.

  2. Stomp pads are a must m8 but they rip your leathers to bits, mind that might have to do with ma 14.5 stonne :D

Not to keen on it myself - its hard to see it on this vid, but we have all been there with strong winds on open motorways when you are leaned over to go straight. If that's not bad enough this happens.

It's crap, I'm getting used to it and being brave and keeping the speed does help, I was just all excited to get out yesterday and got pissed off when conditions were pants! Hopefully these pads don't destroy my leathers too much or I'll be on here moaning about that too!! ;)

  8. dharmamong , put up against the old Daytona 600-650 the 675`s are good in wind , the times i nearly got hoy`ed off the road on my Daytona 600 (slab sided) , trust me (darren will confirm this) the old bikes were scary in windy condition`s ,, gave me more than wind a few times.. :mysterymachine: you never knew when you were heading for the other side of the road . Dont mentoin my 675 trying to mount a busa whilst drag racing her over in the Isle of Man last yr.. ..
