Picked one up this week couldn’t resist had to take it out today my god what a bike nearly 20 yrs old but my god the noise the torque the handling, don’t think I have ever smiled and laughed out loud so much riding along on any other bike in 30 odd years.
Looks like it's well cared for and clearly must still be still a hoot to ride. Enjoy that bike, hold onto it and keep looking after it
Excellent bike and as you say, amazing performance for their age. I bought an early SP-Y some years ago and puts smiles on my face whenever I ride it.
