Just bought a Tony 675. Collecting next Saturday. New to Triumphs but not to biking.

Haven't got any yet. Its a nice looker though. 2011 plate. Pretty much standard and in tornado red i understand.
It is definitely the cleanest now it will ever be! I like to spend my time riding and less time cleaning.

Im so old mod2 wasnt invented when i got my ticket.
Of note in the back catalogue:
    Ducati 996
    2 yam R6s
    Ex IOM TT CBR600
    GSXR750

Plus loads of tatty pieces of crap that usually ended up in a hedge somewhere.

  6. I like your style - that's definitely my kinda cleaning philosophy. I'm looking forward to seeing pics of the new bike, even though it's a well known fact that the earlier models in black are the best ones :rotfl:

    Welcome in x

Nonetheless you may be a bit younger than certain of us. ;))

Interesting & impressive list you've compiled there, definitely a sportsbike theme going on there. Fwiw I subscribe to a similar cleaning regime to you, I wash my bike about every 5k whether she needs it or not. (,,,or before repairing her, whichever comes soonest :oopsoops: )

My theory that cleaning obsessions just lead to bad things was recently confirmed when after a full day of cleaning, claying, polishing and waxing my Fiat 500, my other half promptly drove it into a concrete pillar.

If you ever need any rain then just give me a shout as it always starts as soon as I’ve finished cleaning (bike or car)
