Quick introduction... I'm 21 and a mechanic for Claas UK, currently got a 2006 675 12,000 miles on the clock so she's due a service. Not the cleanest but I love it none the less!

    Anyway, have some pictures.

Also - if anybody has some pillion pegs and hangars lying about, I'd be interested!

    Cheers,
    Laurence

Welcome to our friendly little forum Laurence. I see you've treated yourself to the fastest colour as well, good move mate.!
Looks pretty dam clean to me, and with only 12k she's barely run in. Nice find.
I'm pretty certain I have my pillion foot rests & hangers tucked away, where are you based.?

Welcome along mate, very sensible idea easing yourself in with the road coloured one first, takes a while to build yourself up to the reds and yellows of the 675 world. :scarper:

    enjoy the forum

    Thanks everyone :)

Glad to know I chose the fastest colour! Theres a small scrape rhs fairing due to cold tyres... R&G bungs did their job luckily enough, couldnt reccomend highly enough!
If you did have the pillion footrests + hangers that'd be awesome, based in Dorset but I'm up in Cheshire or Nottingham fairly regularly if thats any closer?

I'll look forward to trying one of them haha, cheers!

Thankyou, not too bad.. cant remember exactly- think its around £500

Cheers mate! down in dorset, how about you?

Love the bike in grey and as red675 correctly identifies, it's a good first step into D675 ownership! Did you fit the arrow? A great exhaust. Worth checking the bike is loaded with the correct tune if you haven't already. Tyneecu is your free friend here, if you aren't already aware. That's the sum total of my knowledge but lots of mechanical eggheeds on here who are very generous with their time and know-how.

Dorset is lovely, but I'm up in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Even Cheshire & Nottingham are a good distance too, so I don't think collection is a viable option for you mate.
Drop me a message if you want them anyway, I'll leave it with you.

Arrow was already fitted... I'm unsure if it's got the correct tune, seems to run fine but i'm sure it could run better, i'll look into it cheers!

    Will do!

VAG connector cable £7ish and download tune ecu (it's not tyneecu or similar Geordie software!) - you can then check yourself and upload your own map for the arrow.
