Hello from Bristol.

Morning All,

I've just bought a 2007 675 in Red and wanted to say Hi. I live in Bristol and am coming back to bikes after a 10 year lay off having previsouly had an R6. The main motivator for this was a friend of mine got TT tickets and ferries for this year so I wanted to get back on a bike.

Anyway, mines a stock Red 675 and I should have it mid next week, any hints or tips gratefully received.

Welcome onboard. Quite a few of us in Bristol now.
Make sure it's had the recall replacement of the reg/rec unit.
Apart from that not really anything to worry about.
Once the sun comes out a bit hopefully a few of us will get together for some rides and you are more than welcome along.

Thanks all. That wasn't me at Cabot circus. Had first ride out last night for forty mins or so. Did another hour after work tonight. Clevedon/Weston/chew valley and home. Just getting used to it nice and steady. Great fun and loving it.
