    Hi everyone!

Just wanted to say hello, 34 on a whim after wanting to do my bike license for a long time, passed. I've always wanted a Daytona 675R and the dream has come true. I pick it up next week and will post up some pictures. The bike is pretty standard so the first things on my list are a Evotech tail tidy as the original looks horrible and will then go from there.

It's likely to be garaged and parked up for Winter, unless some good days come about but even then I'll be taking it easy.

Hopefully see some of the other bikes at meets and events next year.

Welcome to our friendly little forum Neilos30, excellent taste you're showing with that purchase and choice of tailtidy.
Is she the older version (underseat exhaust), or the '13 onwards version.?

Have another welcome. Always great to see new members. At exactly your age....I did the same thing. Lol. Perhaps post up a couple of pictures. It's always great to see what folk have bought.

will do mate, gets delivered next week

  6. Welcome to the forum, have the same bike although a little older 2013 and the same Evotech tail tidy, which is definitely the best choice.
Don't get to ride it as much since buying the Thruxton R but still enjoy the odd blast, but mines packed away for the winter as well.
Still looks great even with 23k

Looks stunning, did you fit the evotech tail tidy?

  8. I fitted it when I bought the bike in 2014, although I had to strip it down and respray it a few years ago after the ally had started to corrode inside and lift the paint in places, no doubt from stone chips and water from the back wheel, looks brand new again now though.

Welcome along to the forum. Many helpful folk on here and usually always someone who knows the answer to any questions you might have. Roll on spring then (or those nicer winter days). Stay safe

Welcome. Evotech tail tidy is always a good place to start the mods...

  11. Nice clean bike that, I did the same thing with my one by refitting the heat shield so that it fits up to the arrow. Looks much better.

Matt black and silver with an arrow can. That'd be my choice too. Lovely.

  17. Looks fantastic, wasn't keen on the "dark" edition when it came out compared with my crystal white, but after owning mine for nearly 7 years the matte version looks better every time I see one.
One of each would be ideal though, I'd miss polishing the paintwork too much.:p
