Righteo... I run Gilles rearsets which are in current road shift pattern... Change them to race shift ... How? any ideas ? Thank you people

Nice guide there. Basicly any rearsets can be run in both race/normal shift, it just depends on the way the linkage is attached to the gearbox axle thing (?). Because the link is kinda offset, one way up it will push when lever goes down, the other way it will pull. You first have to find out which way your gearbox runs though, and then spin it round. There usually enough adjustment in the rods to run both patterns, as the linkage is splined, you just spin it round till it all works
