    Hi all,
I finally got sick of un seizing the old exup valve (2008 675) and took the plunge and bought new headers (seizure of the wallet !!) as there does not seem to be a replacement part available. I also have a new set of actuator cables which I am in the process of fitting but the actuator motor seems to be in the wrong position. Is there a way of re setting it back to where it should be without taking it back to the dealer ? Any advice help would be much appreciated....
    Thanks
    Steve

The hassle I had with my exup sticking every hundred miles or so, led me to drastic action, I sold the D675 and went back to Japanese reliability. I personally was going to go down the route of getting the exup section cut out and replaced with straight pipe and fit the exup delete thingy, but I got offered a swap so took it. Not much help to you, but just wanted to chip in. Good luck.

Took mine off, planning to have it cut out with the cat.

Hated the thing and best way to avoid hassle is to just take it off and disable it.

Thanks for the replies guys, I totally agree with Jap being better as I never had problems like this with my ninja's. , Not going down the total removal route yet but it could well be an option for the future :(
