Hi guys, just got some EvoTech levers to replace my short ASV. Went to put them on today. Brake lever no trouble, straight on. However the clutch seems to have a too large a hole for the bolt axel. And moves around. Have I got the wrong lever or am I missing a shim. Anyone had any experience with this. I have an 09 bike and ordered 2006+ levers.
    Cheers.

  2. You normally use the brass bush from the original, had to with my aftermarket lever.

Nice one. My ASV were put on at the dealer when I got the bike in 2009. So I didn’t see one wen I took apart earlier but it may be in the box. I thought that might be the case but thought I’d ask you knowledgable soles before I went on the hunt. Cheers

Luckily I’m a bit of a hoarder and never through anything away. Cheers for the help.

  5. Ensure the Bush is clean and greased and moves freely.
Mine was seized on the thruxton when I bought it and caused clutch slip.
