The sixth race of the season started really well qualified in P5 going faster than ever and feeling like there were plenty of places to go a little faster. The most encouraging part of the weekend was the fact that I was getting much closer to the top three re lap times. The start of the race was not great but soon got back to P5 and closed the hap to P4 and P3 really quickly.They were busy with each other which gave me the opportunity to surprise them both on the inside of a 200kph+ corner.Did not go to plan collided with one of the guys resulting in my bike being pretty trashed and my leathers too. Fortunately the other guy came off better with little damage and we both could walk away,he very kindly accepted my apology.Glad he didn’t get hurt. Had the third fastest lap time of the race so very positive,and expensive.
