Cordona quickshifter with standard rearsets?

I want to buy wobleys Cordona quickshifter. Does anyone know if this would this work with my standard rearsets? I take it I would need a new shift rod? Would I need to get a cordona shift rod or are they a standard length and I could use any shift rod for a quickshifter? Thanks :?

I have one and just have a cut down rod, with a re drilled and tapped hole

 

Oh and yes standard rear sets
