Hello everyone!! Above all, I want to ask those of you who have the Daytona to race on the track, how do you control the coolant temperature and especially the oil temperature? The coolant one can be told more or less how it is with the bars, but the oil one cannot be seen. How do you control this temperature? Thank you.

    Hi Carlos,
Are you having trouble with the bike running to hot on track??
I have an extra radiator under the standard radiator that gives me 30 percent more water cooling and this keeps the bike at really stable 80/85 degrees even in hot weather with a code 60 on the track. Before adding this extra cooling I was having a lot of trouble with the bike getting much to hot.
An oversized race radiator is really expensive but the add on extra radiator is just as effective and costs about 400 euros.
MAC radiators in the UK are a good price/quality product if you need extra cooling.
I don’t actually know the temperature of my oil or coolant though

Hi Nik!! Thanks for your answer!! In reality I don't have temperature problems on my bike, I know that it could use an additional radiator, but at the moment with the stock radiator, without an electric fan, without a thermostat and with distilled water + Motul MoCool I have never had temperature problems, and That's because in Spain in summer it is very hot, above 40º C!! The motorcycle has never exceeded 6 bars of coolant temperature while riding on the track. The thing is the temperature of the oil, I don't know how high it will be, and I don't know if you more experienced people control it in some way or assume that it is at a good temperature. I had thought about putting a sandwich plate sandwiched between the filter and the motor, and connecting a sensor with a display to see the temperature. I don't know if anyone has done something similar.
