Soooooo... was bleeding brakes yesterday ready for trackday at Anglesey on Sunday, was putting fresh Motul racing fluid in, everything seemed to be going on although I wasn't getting a very good lever despite bleeding for a while. All of a sudden whilst bleeding master cylinder I heard a pop noise, the hose flew off the nipple and I got fresh fluid sprayed in my eye! Then... no brake whatsoever. Summat inside the master must of failed. Now I was thinking of upgrading anyway so it gave me the excuse to but myself a brembo radial jobbie. I've heard the difference is night and day so hopefully along with a set of new sintered bendix pads I should stop on a dime if needed!
Just off to fit it before Sunday's trackday... any pearls of wisdom would be welcomed, it's my first time!

Well, as it happens, fitted one last week, and it’s amazeballs!!

You’ll need the correct banjo, depending on one or two lines, and the Brembo is a M10x 1.0 thread. Unlike the Trumpet iirc.

We/My friend Buzz and I, filled the MS first before pulling liquid down the OE hoses, and it bled so well, had a good lever in about 2 mins.

    Take your time.

I’ve not messed with the settings yet, as I fitted new discs too.

But it was brilliant, the stopping power was night and day, and that was bedding new bits in, so I can’t wait.

Changed all the discs to Galfer wavey, and new Trumpet pads.

    So it just popped off?

Good excuse to buy some new bits anyway
