After close to 10 years, I've returned. Not many things I regret more than selling my 2011 SE back then. Over the years I kept my eyes out for them, and passed up on a couple. After going through several other bikes, I needed to get my baby back. February last year, one came up for sale and I decided against it,l. My stomach sank when I saw it marked as sold. Then, another popped up a month later. Couldn't pass it up. First thing was to clean her up a bit and make sure all the maintenance was done. Got her back together and couldn't be happier to have my bike back. Only took about a month before I came down on the front too hard and had to rebuild the forks again though... I'm happy to see a couple familiar profiles from back then. Looking forward to getting reacquainted with the 675.cc community. Going to need to get some new 675.cc stickers Here's a few pictures of the bike and adventures with the local motorcycle community.
Welcome back, do love the SE colours. Just waiting to get mine back with its upgraded 765 engine, not ridden in nearly seven months now and the weather is improving so I feel like I'm starting to miss out already
We all come back in the end. Once you've had a Daytona 675, it's hard to find anything better. I've also tried to break the habit and move on to something else. I then ended up with the something else AND another Daytona!
