That i have a very hard time beliveing, why would TRS that are Triumph experts need a Bazzaz unit to piggy back the ECU for fueling changes when it could be done without it ?
What are the down falls to the full arrow map I know it will run rich but what will that cause. Using more fuel and if so how much more. Loss of power again how much would you notice it
The 2013 ecu's are locked, you can't go in and adjust the map like the old ones YET, so bazzaz / pcv only option at the moment, triumph did this anticipating an eu law coming in which never happened
Yes, it ran far better with this can than the arrows, I found the exup held the bike back more so in low revs. the bike revs so much easier with this can, the link pipe has gone a nice blue colour already looks mega.
That's mostly in neutral where the exup opens at 8k rpm because , feels like the engine refuses to rev because of it. Never noticed any hestitation to rev while in gear though, atleast not past 4000 revs.
When I removed my exup by putting the SC project exhaust on, the bike definitely accelerates more quickly and picks up a lot more freely. Looks decent Gary.
So I am almost ready to get a Austin racing gp2r just want to try and clarify a few things. With the arrow map does the EML still come on? And if so this is why you need the servo buddy?
There's 2 arrow maps, one for the full race system : the EML doesn't come on but the bike runs way too rich and you lose a few hp over stock. The other map is triumphs map for the arrow slipon, that uses the EXUP and the EML will come on if you use that with a non arrow slipon, your bike will run better with that map compared to the other. The slipon map is the better one for a otherwise unmodified engine and thats why you need the servobuddy.
