Arrow slip on

Discussion in 'Accessories' started by CountCatula, Oct 12, 2017.

  1. Hi

I have just bought a brand new arrow slip on for my 2015 d675r for £225 delivered! Can anyone tell me if I need to get a remap, or does it not matter as it is only end can and not full exhaust system? Also, it looks fairly self explanatory to take off stock and fit arrow any tips?

    Thanks in advance
    Cat

Easy fit, map is advisable, expect your stealer to take £40-50 for the privilege of plugging in your bike.

Or wait for the service if it’s not far away?

Best to call and ask how much, some will say £20, generally not, especially as you didn’t buy the slip in from them either.

  3. Cheers, Triumph lincoln quoted an hour to fit arrow at £40 and £25 for remap

Jees, that’s up north for you!

London that’d be £140 easy, and they’d probably muck it up, and tell you it’s a 6 week wait.

Pay the £65 and job done.

Mind you the fitting isn’t hard, I did my Street, twice.

  5. Thats a good price mate. Dont forget they might have to set up the exhaust valve in with that. Street triples are easier captain as they dont habe one.

Easy to fit, no need to amble over bike will be fine good chance the eml light will come on but this will just mean the exup valve cables will need adjusting. Bike runs a lot better with can fitted and remapped.

  12. Cheers fella
