Hi My first Triumph, I bought No 13 end of Sept, and 8Ball have done the art work for the cowl which is my avitar. I've also changed the indicators to LED and put on Arrows. I'd still like to change the levers to Pazzo and get a smoke zero gravity screen. I think i'll be done after that Unless anyone recomends the Low Gel seat, does it get you any lower? I battle a bit with getting my feet down as i'm only about 5 foot 6. Be interested to hear from any other chicks on the forum, as I hardly ever see girls on sports bikes other than pillion. I've been riding for about 4 years, started on Harley's (I did live in the USA in my defence) then naked Buells, a Blade and now the Dark. I'm in the Herts/Bucks area, so be great to get out on some rides when the weather doesn't suck.. This pic is from it's first road trip and my BF first bike, until he rode the Dark....
Welcome! We're getting a few darkies in at the minute (that sounds really politically incorrect/ offensive). We have a few lady riders in here too. Not sure how much lower the gel seat is but I've heard it's worth getting for the comfort.
Welcome to the forum Lucky13, is your bike number 13 of the Ltd edition DarkR's ? Anyway, I hope you'll find the advice helpful & enjoy the friendly banter & you'll be delighted to know we are lucky to have some really excellent female forum members, so you need not feel alone anymore. Darkdreamgal is also "perfectly petite", and I believe she may have a lowering kit fitted to make the tall profile of our 675's more manageable.?
Hi and welcome - so would 23/30 be your BF??? just read his intro about riding his GF's Dark then treating himself to one. Hope you find lots of good advice on here and enjoy the banter - also lots of other luverly lady members with impeccable bike taste on here too. ENJOY!!!
I've got a low Gel Seat; tbh I don't think it's much lower at the front, but it doesn't go upwards towards the back of the seat as much so you feel a little more 'Sat In' the bike. I am 6ft so I only got it to try and feel like I was 'Sat In' rather than 'On'.
Welcome abord If you get stuck finding a low seat, Hyperpro do a lowering kit which might help you out.
Welcome I'm in herts a few of us do meet and ride out ( Thame road) sadly I'm off the bike for a couple of weeks
Hey Love the Dark can't believe it's being riden mind....thought it would be more one to just bring out on those really gorgeous days where you can be 100% certain your supercorsas will heat up quick!! Sent from my LT26i using Tapatalk 2

Hiya Awesome there are girls! Hello, thanx to everyone for the fab welcome. Ummm yes we have matching bikes, however I got mine first..............even worse we have matching accessories...... (ok i'm being told to say that it was his idea, he sent me the weblink to the Dark) Oh i also took the Super corsas off, after a slightly too eventful wet road trip, switched to Michelen (sp) Power Pilot 3, save the other's for summer. let us know anytime the Herts/Bucks go for a ride out, or may see u at the Ace next Triumph day. xx
