675's Seen on the Road

Black and gold Daytona gen 1 or 2 seen out tonight round atherstone. Bright yellow helmet too. Looks tidy! (The bike not the helmet)

There are herds of 'em out today: a silver gen1 in Woodstock, a black gen2 in Bladon and then another gen2, this time in red, in Stanton Harcourt area.

Oh, and this little beauty taking a break from being run in and hiding in Blenheim Palace.

 

Is that her, finally all finished and roadworthy ???

That is indeedee Her. My partner has done an amazing job of doing the rebuild and we're now about 300 miles into the running in. The next job will be finding some uncracked headers (rainbow coloured unicorns are easier to find!).

 

Beautifully painted Street in St Omer. And a white 675r just passed.

French plated....just parked at the kerb outside of a bar. I must start taking cards to leave on these foreign bikes when I see them to point them in the direction of 675.cc

 

White Daytona 675R on a '15 plate going past Harcourt Arboretum, South Oxfordshire, at around midday.

I'VE GOT ONE TOO. I tried not to shout as they went past.

 

I’ve been seeing a grey Daytona gen 1 in Loughborough near the train station, just wondering if it’s anybody on here.

There's a look a terror in their eyes as they realise that there's a mad stalker taking sneaky photos of them.

 

I think it might be true, I’ve been trying to get their attention a few times now. Every time I see them they are just in front off me sat in traffic and this was the first time they would off been next to me but they filtered straight to the front maybe I should lay off being a stalker

To be fair, I get nervous of people in their cages taking photos of (or following) me when I'm on my motorbike.
Not that I ever do anything that I consider may warrant them wanting photographic evidence to present, honest.

 

I saw a white Daytona 675R parked up at H', Benson, around midday today. Fabulous bikes, and white's the best colour obviously.

Mine was safety in the garage and this one was spotted from the luxury of a heated seat in the car.

 

To be fair, he should be nervous with that tyre.

 

first Daytona spotted this year, gen 3 675R filtering past me in the car, Pemberton Wigan.
The couple of hours of "warmer" weather this afternoon almost tempted me as well, but given the downpour we've just had I probably made the right choice. will give it another few weeks to clean the filthy roads and tax them both in April.
