Hello, Following a crash I need a new speedometer for my 2011 Daytona. I believe all 2006-2012 specs should work. Ideally with around 25k and in good state. Thanks
Unfortunately unless you’re running the Triumph Race Kit Loom & Ecu You’ll need a dash from an 09-12 gen 2 Daytona. The different generations & the street triple all have different age recognition programmed in to them. Is your dash completely dead?
Oh yes nothing usable is left of it. My bike is a gen2 but I still had the gen1 looking dash, T2501508, so I was hoping that the gen1 T2501501 would work Thanks for the info!
The gen 1 won’t work mate, You need to match the part number or buy the gen 2 updated unit. Whereabouts are you based?
By any chance, may I know what's different exactly between a gen1 and a gen1 looking gen2? Could I fix my gen2 dash by replacing the two displays from a gen 1? Keeping the gen2 board. Thanks
