i was tempted to email and ask why so cheap but then i thought if i did they would probably have some hack scam where they get you ebay details lol

How does it work when it's owned by a finance company? What's to stop someone buying it and splitting it into parts to make a quick few quid? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
If you brought it from the seller, and it wasn't his to sell, you wouldn't be the legal owner. Breaking it & selling the parts would make you liable for prosecution. I think this is actually more likely to be a scam though. Ebay is rife with them.!
