With Loose Cannon Trackdays. Here we go then. First one of the year booked. Need to do something before the first Thundersport round. Will be taking the 675 and the CB500. Looking forward to it. Normally I'd have had a couple of days under my belt this time of year.
You will notice the 675 is not in the van. Well the forecast is cold and wet. I've decided not to risk the 675. At this rate, the CB will be lucky to make it out the van But I'll take a trip up and see how it goes.
I think Blyton is a nice track the whet your whistle on, so should set you up nicely like you are thinking
Well the weather was better than forecast. The bike went well. Unfortunately, I struggled. A hip injury has been playing up for months now. I kinda knew beforehand that it would be the case. I'm certainly not fit enough to ride on track at the moment. I probably managed only 20 laps all day. I wasn't able to string more than 3-4 laps together I have to say Loose Cannon were great. Pretty chilled attitude towards it all which led to a very relaxing atmosphere in the paddock. Blyton is what it is. I like it but understand its not everyone's cup of tea. As for me, as I am, my entry to Snetterton is withdrawn and I'm off to a clinic appointment today to see if the physio and Doc can work out what the hell is wrong with me. Now I've three days at Cadwell in May. Hopefully I will be in slightly better shape by then.
